The Camp John Hay Condotels are 5-star condo-hotel facilities. These condotels operate as hotels for a fifteen (15) year period thru a Lease Back Agreement. Most of the units are part of the lease-back pool to be used for hotel operations while selected units have the option not to join the pool. These selected units become private condominium units and are subject to house rules implemented by hotel management and shall pay applicable monthly dues, etc.
